ISC can create, modify or file your rule, rate, and form filings with any of the state insurance departments in the United States. We may also interface with you to facilitate all or parts/segments of the filing process depending on your team’s needs. Our team will utilize SERFF rate/form filing system for all states except Florida. For Florida, the Insurance Regulation Filing System (IRFS) will be used for filing rate/forms filings.
You may choose to stay informed through the entire filing process; choose to be notified only once the filing is completed; or to be advised only when there is a regulatory issue such as an interrogatory. Regardless of any regulatory issue that may arise, we will be your trusted partner to collaborate with the regulators to obtain approval on your filing(s). We can also provide you with a state filing tracking log to keep you abreast of the process.
